OUR FILM EXCURSION IN PRODUCTION

We are excited to be in production of “EXCURSION,” our new film directed by Miroslav Terzić. The narrative centers around eighth-grade students grappling with the repercussions of their collective bullying, which tragically led to the suicide of a classmate.

The film is produced by This and That Productions in coproduction with Luxembourg’s Paul Thiltges Distribution, Italy’s Nightswim, Bulgaria’s Invictus, Croatia’s Kinorama. Support for the project has come from Cineworld Luxembourg, Bulgarian National Film Center, the Italian Ministry of Culture (MIC), Film Center Serbia (Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Serbia), the Croatian Audiovisual Centre (HAVC) and MEDIA Creative Europe.

This film follows Terzić’s successful second feature, “Stitches” (Šavovi), which garnered critical acclaim, including the Label Europa Cinema Award and the 2nd Panorama Audience Award at the 2019 Berlinale’s Panorama.

The main cast includes Jovan Ginić (Lost Country), Andjela Alavirević, Klara Hrvanović, Tihana Lazović and Branislav Trifunović. Director of photography is Damjan Radovanović, editor Marko Ferković, production designer Sandra Subić, costume designer Dejana Sremčević, make-up artist Rossitza Zabunova, produced by Snežana van Houwelingen, Paul Thiltges, Adrien Chef, Ines Vasiljević, Kalin Kalinov and Ankica Tilić Jurić.
